The MXS 5.0 is a microprocessor-controlled battery charger that delivers unmatched performance for lead-acid batteries from 1.2 to 110 Ah. It features automatic temperature compensation to ensure optimal charging performance even under the most extreme conditions. The MXS 5.0 also features battery diagnostics to determine if the battery can receive and retain a charge, a patented automatic desulfation program, an AGM option that maximizes the life of most Start/Stop batteries, and a special regeneration mode for deeply discharged batteries. The MXS 5.0 uses CTEK's patented float/pulsation system, the most effective maintenance mode when a battery is connected for long periods of time.
