FOR PARTNERSHIP:

1. SEC Registration and Articles of Partnership
2. DTI Registration
3. Latest Mayor’s Permit
4. Tax Identification Number of the Proprietor
5. BIR Registration

FOR CORPORATION:

1. SEC Registration and Articles of Incorporation and By Laws
2. Latest Mayor’s Permit
3. BIR 2303 Form
4. Photocopy of the Primary IDs of the Signatory/s
